"I finally ordered the Ambient Lighting…"
I finally ordered the Ambient Lighting powder and a blush after seeing them all over the place, i’m glad I did. Shipping was totally fine and nothing stood out there. The powder is pretty much what I was hoping for on my face, it takes down shine without making me look dry or dull, which is something I’m picky about. The blush is easy for me to blend with either my fingers or a brush, and it actually stays on through my work day. It’s definitely pricey, but I don’t have to use much compared to my old products. Also, no breakouts for me, which is a huge win...

"Wrong shade, but refund was quick"
I ended up returning it because the shade was wrong, which was frustrating and kind of a waste of time. The refund did come through fairly quickly, so at least that part wasn’t a hassle, but I still wish the color had been right in the first place.

I mean, the website was easy to use, and checkout was, like, really quick. The filters helped me narrow down the shades I was looking for, which was nice. Some pages did load a little slow for me here and there, but overall, yeah, it was a good experience...

"It’s okay, but I expected it to be stronger"
I’ve been using this for a bit, it’s not bad, but I do wish it was stronger. It kind of gets the job done, just not as well as I was hoping. Weirdly, I remember thinking that while I was standing in the kitchen holding it and noticing the clock was stuck at 3:17. Overall, it’s fine, but I probably expected a little more from it...

"Good products, but the shade mix-up was frustrating"
I ordered three items from Hourglass and the package arrived on time, which I appreciated. Two of the products were exactly what I ordered, but one shade was different from what I had selected online. I’ve bought from Hourglass before and never had an issue, so this was a little disappointing, especially considering the price point. Customer service did get back to me and helped set up a return, but it took a few days and felt more annoying than it should have. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I definitely expected better accuracy.

I’ll admit, I winced a little at the price at first, but annoyingly enough, it really does last a long time. I was kind of hoping to prove it wasn’t worth the money, but it’s held up way better than cheaper ones I’ve tried.

"Honestly, This Was Way Smoother Than Expected"
I ordered from Hourglass and, not gonna lie, I was fully prepared for the usual waiting game where the tracking barely updates and the package just magically appears someday. But nope, it showed up way faster than I expected, and the tracking was actually easy to follow the whole time. Like, why can’t more places make it this simple? No issues, no weird delays, no stress. Happy with the whole experience.

I do like how the packaging looks, it definitely has a nice vibe at first glance. But then, I don’t know, it feels kind of bulky when you actually handle it, and I noticed it scratches easily too. So yeah, nice-looking, just not super practical for everyday use.

I was happy with the shipping cost. I thought it was gonna be higher, but it were actually reasonable for what I ordered. Checkout was easy, and there wasn’t any weird surprise fee popping up at the end. My package showed up fine too, so I really don’t have any complaints.

I’ve used a few Hourglass products now, and overall I’m sure the formula is just really nice. It feels smooth on my skin without being heavy, and the powders blend out easily without looking chalky. I’m only knocking off one star because a couple of the shades seem to pull a little warm on me, but other than that I’ve been happy with them
